Project Summary
Eco Carnival is a specially designed project by Super Kid Initiatives to combine environmental education with fun, creativity, and hands-on learning for children aged 4 to 12. The project features a series of interactive paid and free activities that not only engage children artistically but also instill values of sustainability, compassion, and responsibility toward the planet. The key activities of Eco Carnival include:
- Animal Mask Painting: Children color and wear animal masks to build empathy for wildlife.
- Recycled Art: Kids create unique artwork using waste materials to promote upcycling and creative reuse.
- Plastic to Fantastic: Turning waste plastic bottles into new creations to foster a reuse mentality.
- Birds of Peace: Origami dove-making as a symbol of peace and harmony.
- Live Pet Plants Potting: Children plant and adopt live indoor plants, forming a personal bond with nature.
- Animated Film Screening: A screening of the award-winning Bangladeshi animated film Tomorrow to reinforce climate education messages.
All materials are provided by Super Kid Initiatives. The event is both educational and enjoyable, structured to allow children to learn while playing.
